Leasing Patriot Square Shopping Center.  After the sale, leased 10,000+/- square feet of retail space for 10 year lease, plus options to Children of America. Represented Owner.

 500 Beach Road, Haverstraw, New York.  Leasing and then ultimate sale of this 30,000+/- industrial building on 5+/- acres. Represented Owner.

 Sale of 136 First Street, Nanuet, New York. This is an 11,300+/- square foot mixed retail and warehouse/flex property on 1.1 acres sold to Portables Unlimited for $2.290 Million.  Represented Owner.

 334 Spook Rock Road, Suffern, New York.  This is a 13,344+/- square foot daycare facility for the Goddard School.  Sold as an investment property for $2,050 Million.  Represented Owner.

 435 West Bellvale Road, Chester, New York. Leased this 16,821+/- square foot industrial/flex building on 2.11 acres.  Represented Owner.

West Haverstraw Business Park: Leasing of 10,000+/- square foot newly built warehouse building to MiBox for a 10 year lease period with options.  Represented Owner.

West Haverstraw Business Park: Leasing of 7,007+/- square foot warehouse building to General Safety Products.  The company will be taking additional space as it becomes available.  Represented Owner.

250 Brenner Drive, Congers, New York. This property, the subject of a bankruptcy at the time it was being sold, consisting of 36,695+/- square foot flex building on 19.25+/- acres owned by Hitachi Seiki USA and sold to John Mini Landscapes was sold for $2.5 Million.  Represented Owner.

37 Ramland Road, Orangeburg, New York:  This is a 56,000 square foot flex building on 4.76+/- acres.  Sold for $5.5 Million.  After sale, leased over 10,000+/- square feet to LTS Chemical Corporation.  Represented Owner.

151 Wells Avenue, Congers, New York.  This is a 35,400+/- square foot flex building on 2.25+/1 acres.  Sold for $2.250 Million.  Sold by Toywiz Corporation to Star Kay White.  Represented Owner.

210 Route 303, Valley Cottage, New York.  This is a 20,202 square foot Class A office building on 1.9+/- acres sold for $2.350 Million.  Represented Buyer.

130 N Main Street, New City, New York.  This is a 12,503+/- square foot, 3-story office building.  Sold for $2 million.  Represented buyer.

 10 Schriever Lane, New City, New York.  This is a 7,500+/- square foot office building sold to Sunshine Home Care, one of Rockland’s largest employers for $1.150 Million.  Represented Buyer.

414 Route 59, Airmont, New York.  This is a 10-year lease with options to an orthodontist practice.  The tenant will be responsible for all improvements to the property, both inside and out.  Ten year lease with options.  Represented Tenant.

135 Route 9W, Congers, New York. This is a 15,600+/- square foot flex building with 1,500+/- square feet of office and 14,100+/- square feet of warehouse with 2 loading docks on 1.6+/- acres sold for $1.2 Million.
